Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

The wearable item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at BluBears24@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Wistful Whispers Private Limited, Andul Purbapara, Andul Mouri, Howrah - 711302, West Bengal. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your wearable.

Damages and Issues
We take product quality seriously. Please inspect your wearable upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original wearable (following our return process), and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order without providing a reason.
To qualify for a return under this policy:
